> **Avantages**: Silverware is an easy software to use and set up into a new restaurant\! We found the POS system had all the tools needed for a clean and easy ordering service with a large restaurant like ours

> **Inconvénients**: There was no hand-held machines which we found would be useful especially on our patios to be used during service for large events to get orders in quickly.

> **Inconvénients**: The reporting capabilities are limited - unless you use an additional platform such as Avero, it will remain very basic and Excel-driven - which is ok but not super user friendly for everyone.

> Silverware is our Point of Sales system and we would not be able to carry out big volume food and beverage opertations without it. With a bit more reporting enhancements, it will be a major winner.

> **Inconvénients**: Their customer service is quite disorganized, with no customer-facing CRM, making it impossible to track or open support tickets—pretty basic functionality that’s missing. Costs have become a real concern; in 2023, they raised prices by 40%, and now they've added another 30% increase, which leaves a bad impression. Our annual support costs have nearly doubled, yet we still face ongoing performance issues. Additionally, their API integration with Clover is slow and frequently causes problems for us.
