> **Inconvénients**: The layout is really outdated. Not eye-catching and poor navigating. Since FM overall is simple, company should start looking into using AI to design layout and coding. It can be done very fast and cheap through a developer that know how to use AI.
> 
> It's average - Can get the job done.

There is one thing should be investigated and fix. If a task is created for yearly PM on a specific month/day and there are already a few work orders completely prior that setup, but then that month/day changes, it will create a loophole and messes up the records and duplicating that yearly task.
