- supported by office staff who are knowledgeable, very friendly and highly responsive

> **Inconvénients**: The software is easy to install but a the end of the process you have to call them to get an activation code, why? This wouldn't be a problem if someone actually answered the phone to give you the verification code. Why cant the code be sent in an email like every other software on the face of the earth?
