In addition, the use of provider specific macros and mapping to appropriate locations within our EMR documentation allows for productive use of the documentation time. > > **Inconvénients**: While there have been limited issues that would be considered major, all applications have their quirks and room for improvement. I feel that any issues we had, were rectified promptly and correctly with the proper support team. I think one thing that might be more useful in this instant response culture we all work in, might be a quicker turn around, although it is most times very acceptable. > > In the several years that I have supported the application and worked with the ZyDoc team, I have been very impressed with their commitment to a quality product and quick response. The ability to interface with the EMR using a smartphone has improved our ability to spend more quality time with the patients and ensure that prompt documentation occurs.
