> **Inconvénients**: When I was first looking at using the software, their website didn't have screenshots or videos of the software and its features.  They gave me a one-on-one demo, but I would have preferred to have tried it out myself.

> I have used this software for years.  The platform is quick to set up and it saves a ton of time editing notes.

> **Avantages**: I am a person who hates the telephone. If I can’t order online or book an appointment online, I’m likely to go somewhere else. I love that I can schedule appointments and/or find new docs through this app. Easy to use, I just wish everyone used it\!
