The ease of it was particularly helpful during our implementation phase and whenever we train new employees. It is wonderful to show them how easy it is to master. > > **Inconvénients**: I do often want to print a calendar or schedule for a client and the way we set up our billing codes as a company ends up showing rates in the calendar. I wish that I could print a calendar that did not show hourly rates. There is a solution but again it is because of how we set up our billing codes we would've had to set those up differently during implementation or redo them all now. > > We have had an excellent experience with Alora from our very first training. I like the ability to look at a quick training video on my own. I appreciate the ability to call for help and to even plan a session of training assistance.
