While they say that they won't sunset the program in the near future, it still feels like it is on a countdown timer before you are forced to switch to BuilderTrend. > > Our Company has used CoConstruct for a number of years. By introducing Buildertrend, our labour force was able to enter all of their daily logs, expenses, and project updates all from their phone, which resulted in fewer lost documents, more daily awareness from all teams, and more than 30 hours saved in manual data entry and filing time for the administrative team. I liked that our clients were able to view their own profiles and see the progress of their projects. It was convenient for the client, operations, project managers and labourers to see the schedule updates in real-time on their respective access. The customer support was also quiet engaged with our onboarding which made it less daunting for the large system change. > > **Inconvénients**: This is quiet an expensive software for a small company to manage, and I found their sales team to be a bit pushy regarding add-ons even though we frequently reminded them that the add-ons were not applicable to our business, either due to structure or size, and out of price range. There was also a huge learning curve for all teams, but they prioritized the operations team and barely spent time answering questions we had for the labourer's view. Also, they assured us that their platform could handle Canadian tax. If you are from Canada, I suggest you ask some hard questions before you onboard. After training for several months, we finally realized that we were not going to be happy with BT. The one and biggest complaint was that they had a very clunky way of handling Canadian tax. They did not seem to be interested in correcting it. > > The BT people are great. The trainers are great.
