There is a steep learning curve to using the app and program like anything new but generally it’s well organized > > **Inconvénients**: The camera. The glitches. The time to update and repair the issues. Three years ago the camera was stable. Now it has many glitches. It has improved recently but there are numerous occasions where I have to take the picture 3/4 times to get a good photo. The app is very glitchy at times. It’s very frustrating when a new version is automatically updated and there are major issues. Capturing the house conditions on site on HIP needs to be seamless 100% of the time. > > 50% of the time I’ve called in for support my concerns have been completely dismissed and blame has been placed on network, computer it iOS updates. It’s very dismissive without any probing are attempted troubleshooting. It’s getting harder and harder to get answers so now I avoid calling and just live with the issues.
