This software is designed with a user-friendly interface and offers all the necessary modules, including core HR, absence tracking, goal setting, performance management, and compensation management. It also improves hiring efficiency and allows for tracking of employee data in one location. Additionally, the software utilizes a cloud-based SAAS model, which means there are no maintenance costs and Oracle provides quarterly upgrades at no additional cost.
Inconvénients :
There is room for improvement in the Payroll and Benefits module features, as well as the search functionality. Additionally, the mobile responsive UI performance could benefit from some enhancements to reduce delays.

Ease of use. Simple interface and easy to navigate. It streamlines onboarding, performance reviews, benefits administration, and time management. It is a huge help in reducing business risks and costs

There are instances where pages do not load instantly.
Overcomplicated and cumbersome
Commentaires : As a manager, I've got used to enterprise software being slow, not user-friendly, and overcomplicated but oracle raised this to the next level. The amount of navigation and clicks to achieve basic tasks is outstanding and this application is a real productivity killer.
Avantages :
I can't really think of a feature I genuinely like.
Inconvénients :
Navigation is barely usable, does not support opening links in new tabs, the back button of the browser sometimes crashes the application, in the breadcrumb, not sure where it navigates. No support to see or edit the relevant information in an easy way. If I have to query something for all the team members, I have to open everyone separately instead of being able to see basic, relevant info (absences, working hours, etc) all at once. Slow and has bugs everywhere Not user-friendly at all, the controls, the workflows, nothing follows modern UX/UI standards, it's the hostile architecture of software design
