> **Avantages**: Relatively easy access to encrypted files.

> **Inconvénients**: Vague and complicated instructions for use for a product that, in the end, is simple and easy.
> 
> After some difficulty installing and finding friendly instructions, I was satisfied with the product. Then, one day, an entire encrypted file was missing. Gigabytes of data... gone. Their customer service, after accusing me of deleting the file, recommended a file recovery application which I promptly used. Thousands of deleted file files were found, but not the encrypted file I was looking for. Customer service offered no further solutions.
