The folks at Microdea created and implemented a solution that was customized to our unique needs, and it normally works flawlessly. When there are hiccups (usually due to external issues beyond their control) Microdea always resolves same-day, and often same-hour. We deal with many vendors, and without a doubt, Microdea delivers some of the best, if not THE best customer service. > > **Inconvénients**: We are very happy with the software, and have no complaints. We did have some difficulty using their document viewer ("Synergize Viewer") over our RDS environment using certain hardware.
