We ran into an issue where a special City of Chicago lease tax was not calculating correctly, and it took more than two months to get resolved. For tax software, that kind of delay can create real operational headaches. I’d also recommend avoiding their state registration service. The process required us to complete a long, detailed questionnaire that largely defeated the purpose of outsourcing the work in the first place. The ease of use and the accuracy has saved us so much time. The flow between our POS and their system has been mostly effortless (there will always be issues with software).
