The dashboards were not showing for example what a manager needs to know for their team such as how many projects they currently have or are being worked on. Interface - very slow, cumbersome. Earlier versions were much better that had a launchpad like a homepage to see everything that was happening. Calendar - I amazingly cannot see all the different projects and the due dates pers project. Since we use blueprints to have repeatable projects, we aren't going to rename every task, and can only show the task name, not project, is due on each day. For example an events team cannot see what projects are due or critical milestones for those projects compared to other projects. > > I don't think Wrike understands customers. I think there's a lack of misunderstanding with how teams within a department use Wrike. The high cost of learning wrike, with the intricacies of blueprints, automations, workflows, rules, and then people coming/going from an organization causes a massive amount of learning and rework.
