I like the high level of configurability along with an expanding range of pre-built templates and the ability to roll your own. That along with account-level and collaborator- or contributor-only pricing lets an organization right-size its investment in this key technology.

> **Inconvénients**: There was a time when the majority of the latest enhancements were only available at the highest (Pinnacle) account, and some advanced features still require add-ons like Klaxoon whiteboards. Most recent changes have benefitted the full range of paid accounts. Free accounts are very limited.

> While there's significant value to task management that's easy to learn and leverage from day one, even greater benefits come from exploring and implementing more advanced features to streamline, automate, or AI-enhance processes and projects. Along that learning process, Wrike's accurate, up-to-date documentation mean I can confidently send colleagues to Wrike's Help Center search, chatbot, and human support and I've never been disappointed by the support experience. Wrike's constant community engagement includes listening to ideas for improvement. Significant downtime has been extremely rare, as have been bugs or other issues with the website and apps for desktop and mobile. As expected, a browser tab refresh typically resolves any occasional transitory inconsistencies.

> **Avantages**: Customization - however it takes a lot of effort and time to customize every aspect creating countless rules. Further, if there's a change in process, or change in person that built it, a great amount of time is required to learn what is involved

> **Inconvénients**: Dashboard, interface, calendar. &#10;The dashboards were not showing for example what a manager needs to know for their team such as how many projects they currently have or are being worked on.&#10;&#10;Interface - very slow, cumbersome. Earlier versions were much better that had a launchpad like a homepage to see everything that was happening.&#10;&#10;Calendar - I amazingly cannot see all the different projects and the due dates pers project. Since we use blueprints to have repeatable projects, we aren't going to rename every task, and can only show the task name, not project, is due on each day. For example an events team cannot see what projects are due or critical milestones for those projects compared to other projects.

> I don't think Wrike understands customers. I think there's a lack of misunderstanding with how teams within a department use Wrike.&#10;&#10;The high cost of learning wrike, with the intricacies of blueprints, automations, workflows, rules, and then people coming/going from an organization causes a massive amount of learning and rework. Its almost as if you require someone full time to keep developing the product.

Customization capabilities - variety of different setups for work management. Dashboards help to track projects and tasks status and stay up to date. 3. Request forms, blueprints and automations - these help to standardize request intake process, direct requests to the corresponding teams and automate notifications.

> **Inconvénients**: Customer support is not always responsive. There were cases when my request bounced between different support agents for a long time. &#10;Sometimes it takes a while to load a project with big number of tasks and sub tasks.&#10;Automation has limitations that can be bypassed by using AI agents, but AI has limited number of tokens, so you'll have to pay extra if you want to get the most of AI agents.
