> **Avantages**: The thing I liked most about Fidesic was how it streamlined the accounts payable process. The workflow was easy to follow, invoice approvals were well organized, and automation helped reduce a lot of manual data entry and follow-ups.

> **Inconvénients**: The main drawback was that some of the more advanced features took a little time to understand and configure. The interface could also feel slightly dated in places, and I occasionally needed extra steps for more complex invoice workflows.
> 
> Overall, my experience with Fidesic was positive. It made invoice processing and approvals more organized and reduced a lot of repetitive manual work. Once the workflows were set up, it was fairly easy to manage day-to-day accounts payable tasks. There was a bit of a learning curve with some features, but overall it was a useful and reliable solution.

> **Avantages**: Being able to see everything on one screen as far as invoice, history, etc is a big plus from the older version. Its easy to use and manage.

> **Inconvénients**: I feel that having a vendor request option in place where employees can enter all the vendor info and request a new vendor instead of requesting through email.

> I have enjoyed FIDESIC and all tech support. They really try their best to be efficient and helpful and in my opinion they go over and beyond in doing so. Its much appreciated\!\!
