We use their Instant Protection PLUS product for simple licensing of a software product we designed for internal use (the periodic license prevents an employee from taking the software with them if they quit). We also use their Protection PLUS SDK for our larger-scale software products. The DLL and web interfaces of their licensing solutions are feature-rich (much more than we need, in fact), and their documentation and examples are very helpful. The system is so flexible, though, that sometimes customer support is needed. That brings me to the biggest benefit of the SoftwareKey system. The customer support at Concept Software is excellent. They are more responsive than any other software company I've ever encountered. They not only respond quickly to email, but chat is usually available on their site - and it is well-staffed. Often several persons on their staff work together to come up with the answers I need, and I've asked often. I'm rarely disappointed in the speed or accuracy of their answers. The only thing I might suggest is that they retain previous messages in their email responses. Whenever a question requires a second response or more, each message only contains their answer and the last question asked. This makes it hard to review the conversation later.
