It is very glitchy and noone will help fix it. > > **Inconvénients**: Very disappointed in the support and program capability from Benefitfocus. We have been a customer for 5+ years and trying to get support from them is horrible. You will have a different account manager every couple of months who knows nothing about the previous problems, and isn't willing to figure them out. This system will leave you very disappointed and when you need support to fix what doesn't work they don't answer for months - if ever. And don't ever think they will be available via phone, everything is communicated through cases. I would steer clear of them.NONE.
