So survey responders have been cheating our surveys and responding multiple times and messing up our numbers. I figured that I could just manually weed out multiple responses by sorting responses by IP addresses however, when I export data, I am only able to export the question response/vote, no other info so cannot see the IP address. Therefore, I am unable to delete the cheated responses. I have sent 4 messages to the Support team over the past 8 days however they will not respond to my questions.
