I love the fact that at times I really don't know how to express myself correctly on the questions I have, and they respond with ideas or situations of what I might be wanting to ask. This in return allows me to not feel frustrated but very appreciative about the fact that I know the people behind the scenes are always there to support me, plus they are able to help me, once they know what I'm trying to say.
