> **Avantages**: Love that it's built within Point Click Care and not having to log in a separate site to access.  Specific Staff/Departments can be given access. It's very user friendly. It was very straightforward and easy to set up the forms.

> **Inconvénients**: There has not been any problems yet - it's been 3 months of go live.

> We are currently in our 3rd month of utilizing Document Manager and have not ran into any issues yet\! Very happy with the product.
