It allowed us to systematize and track all workstreams, ensuring much more efficiency and accuracy in our processes. We were better able to scale with the business and manage employee productivity. It specifically helped us automate our employee change (crossboarding) processes, making the process more efficient for our HR team and the HR Business Partners. It also allowed us to more effectively track and manage employee questions. The reporting capability on our team's productivity was also very helpful. > > **Inconvénients**: Neocase is a very complex system. It is capable of doing almost anything, but you have to understand how to configure it. It's not a con exactly, but the learning curve is decently steep to complete understand the system, which is required to effectively troubleshoot and automate processes. > > We implemented the system in a ridiculously short amount of time, which we were very appreciative of.
