> **Inconvénients**: One sales manager archived a request he'd sent to a client and I haven't found how to unarchive it - so we have to check the archive folder in case this happens again.

> In the past, accounting would have to call the client for their complete credit card information to key into our PMS system.  With Sertifi, the client can securely send this information and accounting can access it at any time to enter into the PMS system.
