Markups are quick, the revision history provides full traceability, and day-to-day use by site is easy (as long as the metadata is complete so that the drawings are findable) > > **Inconvénients**: If the system is not set up well then the whole thing falls over. No one can find their drawings so they resort to storing drawings on personal devices, resulting in multiple concurrent revisions being worked on. More consideration needs to be put in at the time of the original engagement so that site can start using it immediately - when you are on site you want to be able to find your drawings quickly and know that you are working on the latest revision.
