As a result of updates, my account change my status from administrator to user - automatically with no reason and without my consent. As a user, I cannot add funds, add users nor make any changes to the account. In fact, nobody in my company can make changes. I have spent at least 8 hours on the phone over the past six months trying to sort out the problem. The bottom line is that my account has a bug and they cannot fix it. It’s a poor platform and design. The 1800- number for help is an overseas call center and nobody has the tech expertise to fix anything; they have to call someone else so you are waiting for them to ask someone else for answers. They have a poor design and cannot even fix their own technical problems nor answer questions.
