When there are issues, the customer support team is easy to contact and they seem very willing to help try to resolve the issues in a timely manner. > > **Inconvénients**: Changes are made often, probably trying to improve the product, but along with the changes seem to come glitches at times or parts that stop working until we do a ticket to have it looked at. > > I have used this product for 15 years and have been quite pleased with it overall.
