> **Avantages**: I like how easy it is to change mistakes and that more than one person can be in the chart at the same time.

> **Inconvénients**: It seems to lag often, even with upgrades. Sometimes I'll open an invoice for a client and it will open a completely random invoice for a different client.

> I've been using vetfm for a few months now, and overall its been a good experience. It makes emailing invoices and records very easy. Attaching records is as easy as dragging and dropping. Would recommend for a paperless/paperlight facility.

> Pros - ease of use and training, MAC computer based but can add in PC's, based on FileMakerPro (very robust database sytem), very rarely has any issues, customer support is wonderful and quick - small team of developers (not big corporation)

> **Avantages**: VetFM is intuitive and easy to learn.  It was designed for Mac users.  It is easy to reach the support team.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: VetFM has severe performance issues.  Basic functions such as scheduling a visit, creating a new client, opening a visit,  creating an estimate, and invoicing a visit have severe lag, usually anywhere from 10 to 20 seconds up to a minute which adds up during the day.  Running end of month production reports takes literal hours.  Inputting the doctors schedules takes hours and there is no way to cut and paste daily schedules of make schedule templates.  I've been using it for 8 years and it has added a few features such as the ability to lock medical records for editing and the ability to track open visits and labs, but in general it has been steadily performing worse as our practice has grown.  
We have finally convinced our practice \[sensitive content hidden\] to change to a PMS that works.

> At best it is bare minimum functional at worse it is a daily source of stress and frustration.
