Scheduling is helpful and being able to access the patient's chart through the schedule itself is great. > > **Inconvénients**: The schedule really needs to have a tracking feature, where you can tell what date/time the appointment was scheduled, checked in, etc; and there needs to be a rescheduling feature instead of just "cancel" or "delete". Also, there is a field where you can enter a Return to Dr. date, when the patient returns to see their referring provider, but the field resets itself randomly and does not keep the date in place. It got too expensive with large price increases each year. I switched to Hello Note. This is a much simpler and easier-to-use system for much less money. > > **Inconvénients**: BEWARE: The data they give if you leave or close your business is unacceptable. There is no way to find individual medical records. We are required to keep medical records accessible to patients and legal medical record requests for 7 -10 years. The records are sent over in hundreds of folders that are randomly named in no logical order. There is no way to find an individual record by name or date of service, Customer support provides no help.
