If we had done more research we probably wouldn't have used it, although 10 years ago it was probably what was available. > > **Inconvénients**: Customer support is terrible, the support of non-tech people is terrible, if you don't understand their product good luck to you. There are glitches in the system that were never fixed over 10 years, there were times when we actually had to shut the clinic down because the software wasn't working. > > Honestly, just avoid this software company if possible. They are outdated, they are not user friendly, they might try to help but nothing ever gets resolved. We used the software for 10 years and had nothing but problems, some of which made us shut down our clinic while we fixed it. Every time we tried to call to get it resolved nothing really got resolved. We are trying to get out of the contract now and are being penalized a gigantic amount of money, in my opinion it is highway robbery. We have no choice because they hold the software and we have to be able to access records and they know this. They have not tried to work with us at all they have not been the least bit flexible, if I could literally wipe cat poop all over the dollar bills that I gave them I would do that, but unfortunately it will be an electronic payment. Easy to separate billing for different companies under the same roof. Able to upload files in order to go paperless. Easy to set up doctor schedules for appointment scheduling. If the clients have the same name, sometimes can be difficult in detecting who is whom.
