Only had a few questions to setup the program for our office. The lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful and nice. Our old time clock took up to thirty minutes to run a payroll report. I've not run a full report with this one, as we are still just setting it up for use by employees, but the report feature runs so much more smoothly. > > **Inconvénients**: I would like the ability to set the number of breaks as well as the length of them. > > It's been a pretty smooth transition from our old time clock program. Meaning I have to re-click the "Stop" check box and then also select the Activity after each manual entry. 2 - Holiday hours not being broken out separately. Instead of being calculated into the Regular hours, I'd like to see them broken out into their own category. In our instance, holiday hours being paid at time \& 1/2 do not count towards their overtime hours. I would like to see hours broken out as: Regular, Overtime, Holiday, Total. > > Overall, this is a great product. As a customer for so long I don't remember, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a time keeping program for a small office. Other than a few minor issues, I enjoy the simplicity \& ease of use.
