It has features for running reports, creating you own reports, care management features, and able to interface with other companies easily. > > **Inconvénients**: If you have a problem you need to solve or you need help with any of the features Athena offers you have to create a case with the CSC. The CSC is not helpful, asking one question takes anywhere from 10-30 min to solve if it gets solved, a lot of the times they have to escalate it to the internal team and get back with you in 7-10 days. Also all of the CSC is hired over seas so their English is horrible and half the time you cant understand what they are saying. > > Overall it is not a horrible EMR, it does have a lot of features that other EMRs do not have.
