> Everything was good when project started. When the installer was terminated everything came to stop.

> **Inconvénients**: The help documentation is lacking.  It seems to focus on how to fill in fields without explaining functionality.

> My overall opinion is that it would be much more powerful if I truly knew how to use every aspect, how to use the report writer, if I knew how all the fields were used.  But help documentation is spotty and using the Communities case support system is slow and can be painful.
