Great tool for easy and clear analysis

Commentaires : Fraud evaluation criteria is not transparent but this is because of obvious reason for preventing scammers from adapting to them. So it will take time to start to trust to the results you get without seeing backend of the process but after many reports on target I got no issue with that

Commentaires : Nice. From the beginning of the project we have been able to use the tool effectively and it is bringing us improvements in results.

Avantages :

What I like the most is the part of blocking IPs, because it avoids us to keep spending money on low quality traffic.

Opticks fraud tool: amazing results!

Avantages :

Opticks has helped us to get to know our traffic in depth and know how to optimize it by only working with the cleanest sources. We only pay for valid subscriptions and do not waste our budget on fake leads anymore, which has increased our returns on our advertising spending, and has helped us have a better visibility of what we are testing. The customer service is amazing, the Opticks team is very responsive and always willing to make implementations on the product to fulfill the user's needs.

Avantages :

Advanced and accurate analytics. Very visual. It really helps in the decision making.

Inconvénients :

It requires some techie to help with the integration, but we had one and Opticks provided full support.

Money well invested

Commentaires : In our business model traffic quality is a long term key. At first introduce into a business a tool like this could cost you time and effort, it's normal. In our case after a while results started flowing in and in a medium term we managed to save, or better said, not waste about 10% of our incoming traffic costs.

Avantages :

Easy tech implementation, easy to use dashboard.

Inconvénients :

For our business model the dashboard set up was very fragmented. This means we had to take a lot of time to setup.

- The way they keep optimizing and learning on the new hacks and cracks. - The amazing customer support. - The amount of customization and detailing that they have on the tool. - It's pro active click block - not conversion postback blocking!

Solución antifraude eficaz y de fácil implementación.

Commentaires : En Marketing Digital, la captación de leads de calidad es fundamental para la rentabilidad del negocio. La implementación de Opticks como solución antifraude ha supuesto un gran ahorro y ha posibilitado un crecimiento sostenido al ejercer de filtro de todo el tráfico no cualificado. Su utilización se ha materializado en un mayor control de las diferentes fuentes de tráfico de manera individualizada, permitiéndonos adaptar la estrategia de adquisición en función de los datos facilitados por la herramienta y de acuerdo a los KPIs internos.

Avantages :

Herramienta efectiva a la par que sencilla en términos de usabilidad. Permite analizar el origen y el tipo de tráfico en base a diferentes parámetros y obtener reportes customizados.

Inconvénients :

Se echa en falta información más específica y granular en el panel sobre cada conversión. No obstante, el equipo de Soporte siempre facilita cualquier tipo de información extra de manera ágil y efectiva.

Commentaires : IMF es una entidad con una fuerte presencia digital y Opticks nos está ayudando a optimizar el uso del presupuesto de publicidad digital y a conocer de forma más precisa el comportamiento de algunas campañas.

Avantages :

Detecta una variedad amplia de clics fraudulentos o automatizados y nos permite ajustar de forma más precisa la inversión hacia canales y campañas de mayor calidad.

Inconvénients :

La configuración es relativamente compleja, comparada con otras plataformas online, no obstante hemos contado con soporte técnico de calidad que nos ha permitido implantarlo correctamente y realizar los cambios y mejoras que hemos ido necesitando.
