I called months ago to have the contract terminated and told them I would not be renewing it after my time was expired. They auto renewed it without my consent. Now they are telling me that they have no record of me calling to cancel but yet they sent me a return label to return the equipment. Now they want to charge me $1,200 for early termination fee because they claimed that I re signed a new contract which is a lie. I had no intentions of renewing and they knew it. > > Worst Customer service ever.
