Pricing can also feel high, especially for smaller teams, and customer support responses can be inconsistent depending on the issue.

> **Inconvénients**: Sometimes there is a lag for gps location. Also depending on the maps, speed limits are not updated when new roads are constructed and speed limits have changed.

> This is a great tool that helps us keep track of all fleet vehicles within the company and ensures all employees are adhering to local laws and company policies.

> **Inconvénients**: customer support lacking, a lot of features are missing that many other gps tracking providers use. Most of the issues cannot be solved on your own and you need to contact customer service in which they take days to respond.

> It has been an issue from the first day of using until now. half of the devices go bad easily with no fixes readily available. it is a money grab because if you need support there is almost none. if i needed a new device that was sent almost immediately.
