Such a great tool!

Commentaires : The team is very responsive. Usually within 24 hours and most of the time within an hour or two you will have help. The on-boarding is great.

Avantages :

Ease of setup and ease of use for my contacts.

Inconvénients :

The client side needs an overhaul. It would be great to have clients remembered instead of them being listed 19 times (for example after 19 bookings) in the dashboard. I’m not asking for a full blown CRM but this is definitely what I like least.

Commentaires : The interface is very intuitive and easy to use.

Avantages :

It removed many barriers for clients, made the user experience smooth and simple, enabling them to manage things from their side. Also, being able to create buffers between bookable sessions has been life changing for me, creates a discipline that I would struggle with if booking clients in manually. This means that I am properly ready for each session, instead of bouncing from back to back bookings. I also like how you can set global calendar settings so you don't have to repeat this part of the process.

Inconvénients :

I would like to charge in multiple currencies as my clients are based across many locations. I'd like to create some products in USD and others in different currencies. My business bank account works with multiple currencies, so I would like to charge in different currencies

Commentaires : We have a price for life subscription. It has been a struggle for years. Support has gotten better but it has been rough to get good support from them. They typically assume your issue and they know what they are talking. So it takes a few exchanges to get through to them.

Avantages :

I like how robust it is and the capability to do many things.

Inconvénients :

It isn’t as reliable as other softwares we have used in the past. There have been a multitude of times when it breaks down with its sync and/or capabilities.

Avantages :

Love the responsiveness of customer service. I always get a fast response. All the features work and I can customize every page according to what I'm selling. Love how easy it is to OK a session with either myself or my client deciding when to reschedule. I can resend a confirmation email to the client who says they didn't get it (probably in spam). I love that I can set up a million reminders for myself and my clients. Love the coupon code section. A great asset in my business tool box.

Inconvénients :

I have had some issue of people not being able to see a free time slot when I personally opened up a big enough window for them to fit in within the constraints I personally set. The daily calendar is a slider, and that's a bit clunky. Other than that. I love everything.

Booking made streamlined and efficient

Commentaires : The benefits I've realized is streamline operations when it comes to client scheduling, consults and networking meetings. Being able to take payment for specific services as well as showcase client testimonials is huge when it comes to social proof. I can have all that I want my prospective clients to know about me and my current network can easily be reminded of who I am and what I do.

Avantages :

What I like most about Book Like A Boss is the flexibility. You can create as many booking links as you'd like and all under the same or different schedules. I love that my clients can book when needed, there is no back and forth. I set up when I want to have open time and the rest gets filled in without any extra effort or time spent by me. I like that Book can take payment for paid services, making that efficient and seamless.

Inconvénients :

I think sometimes where things are can be a mystery. Sometimes I need to poke around and take more time than I need to find what I want.

The Easiest Way to Schedule Your Day

Commentaires : Wonderful investment. It’s been such a help for my scheduling needs. This service has freed me up from scheduling, conversing with customers about appointment offerings, sending invoices, and crafting confirmations, and reminders. It’s money well sorry!

Avantages :

It’s easy to use, even for someone like me (ahem, not too tech savvy). It’s organized well. and there are lots of fields to customize my appointments and services. I especially like the price range offer (to allow customers to flex pay what they can), as well as the integrations with my gmail and Zoom!

Inconvénients :

I wish there was the capability to add custom times for all the different services. I might want to offer one service on one day, and virtual services only at night. Yet, also need another two options! I am utilizing the global schedule as well as custom settings, but the custom settings are a bulk offering, and I wish it was an override for each service!

Been Loving Book Like a Boss for years

Commentaires : What? take Boot Like a Boss away from me? Over my dead body!! You would have to pry Book Like a Boss from my cold dead hands. I've been using and loving this tool for years. It was BY FAR the best purchase I've ever made to improve my business.

Avantages :

I just love Book Like a Boss. This has been my go-to scheduling and booking tool for years. I love the seamless integration with Stripe and Paypal, allowing my customers to see my availability (without asking me) and booking and paying for my services without me having to lift a finger!

Inconvénients :

I don't believe that they have a moblie app, but if they did, man that would awesome! And they are deploying new features so regularly, they actually might have an app and I totally missed it with all the new features that put out all the time!

Commentaires : I have been using this platform for years and I have never seen any other platform come close to what I can do with it. I'm so happy I don't see the need to look anywhere else.

Avantages :

I love the amount of customization I can do, yet it's so simple to use. I find it extremely reliable and makes this one woman show run so smoothly. Seamlessly integrating with my calender and platforms. I love that I can have waivers and every single detail with BLAB come together.

Inconvénients :

I've been with the platform for awhile and everytime I ever even think of something that could get better they are already on-top of it, so no, there's nothing.

Been using for the last 5 years!

Avantages :

My biggest need was to allow my clients to schedule different types of appointments with me. While there are multiple other booking tools that exist, this was the only that allows me to sync with all 6 of my email addresses for pulling my availability and to schedule to just the one that is relevant to this business. While that's why I had initially went with BLAB, their implementation of how good the booking pages look, embeds, reminders, custom fields, reschedule as top notch. And they keep coming up with new features that are actually useful. They have fantastic support, and a very active and helpful user community on Facebook. Great company and great product. I have also set up my wife when she started her Nutritionist business.

Inconvénients :

I'm still waiting for them to give us a proper CRM :)

Commentaires : So far, I just love the look of it, it works always, no drama, no issues, gives lots of features and has continued to add features along the way. I have used it for years now with no problems and to me that says alot.

Avantages :

I like the look of Book Like a Boss, it has more of a website feel. I love being able to easily create products to sell and make it easy for them to buy with a click. I love all the choices of times available for each different type of product or session I am offering. I love the ease of using it for me and for my customer.

Inconvénients :

I would prefer the cost was less, but I could have switched to a cheaper booking site ages ago for less money and I havent. I think that is because even though I pay a bit more than I should for how small my business is, its so convenient and nice looking that I prefer to keep it.

Commentaires : I have been using Book Like a Boss for a few years now. I have tested different scheduling tools and I have always come back to Book Like a Boss...and now I have done that for good! It's a very solid options, which I regularly use to schedule appointments and virtual meetings, book podcast interviews and organize consulting calls. I definitely think that Book Like a Boss is one of the top options in the scheduling tool landscape.

Avantages :

There are several features I really like about Book Like a Boss. First of all, there's its overall ease of use. It's easy to navigate through the different sections and carry out the first steps such as connecting and syncing a calendar, creating and customizing an event/appointment, and to connect a payment getaway like PayPal or Stripe to Book Like a Boss. Secondly, I really like the fact that Book Like a Boss can be used not only to schedule appointments, interviews and virtual meetings, but to actually get paid for calls too. You can actually get paid for them before the call takes place, which means that you won't have to chase clients for payments afterwards. Additionally, there's your personal Book Like a Boss page that you can create and add multimedia content (e.g. video), as well as testimonials, FAQs, and more, to it. Another feature I think is valuable is the ability to add custom fields to a form someone needs to fill out to schedule an appointment – you aren't limited just to name and email address, but you can ask for other things. Then, there are integrations. It's possible, for example, to connect Book Like a Boss to tools like Google Calendar, PayPal and Zoom to create a workflow that lets people see your availability, schedule a call – and pay you for it – and have a Zoom room be automatically created for the call.

Inconvénients :

One thing that I think could be improved is the customization power users get for their Book Like a Boss page. For how things are at the moment, all pages by different users look pretty much the same... it would be able to have greater options to choose from when creating the page.

Not sexy, but a super-solid appointment program that chugs away reliably in the background

Commentaires : BLAB is not a tool that I think about regularly. But it does sit in the background of a lot of our processes and has slowly spread into additional areas. I like the fact that I never need to think about anything after setup - it just works! It is a great value option given the price-point.

Avantages :

We have processed close to 12,000 registrations using Book Like A Boss (a combination of events, online classes, phone bookings etc). It is very easy to setup, easy to customise, and there are lots of options to customise reminders and messengers that clients get as part of the booking process. It was also fairly simple to hook in a payment platform for our paid events. Development had traditionally been fairly slow, but the BLAB team seems to be accelerating and are more regularly introducing features (particularly some that solve previous pain points)

Inconvénients :

A few of the UI pain points that used to annoy me have been recently fixed (e.g. the option to easily export bookings as a csv, the option to search bookings). I've rarely needed support, and support has always solved my problems, but they can be fairly terse. Think close-lipped cowboy who might not be making eye-contact, but has your back covered ;-)

Best booking system I have tried.

Overall so good. Clean, easy to work with, can customize to a larger degree than most I get compliments on it all the time. It looks high level.

Inconvénients :

I find the reminder emails are not as fully customizable as I would like. But still do a good job.

ROCK your booking!

Avantages :

I bought BLAB when it was a lifetime deal on Appsumo (I buy mostly lifetime deals). I love its versatility, professionalism (it can act as a website/booking page - you can create something as basic or intricate as you want), and the ease of creating Products and Services. I took part in the CloverConnect payment processor offer and now enjoy spending way less on fees. The FB group is a great resource and Support is fast and fantastic to work with.

Inconvénients :

I would love an integration with ConvertKit (right now I use Zapier).

What I like best is that I felt valued as a customer and Book Like a Boss worked with me to make it the best option for me! FIVE STARS! Very impressed!I like that it looks professional, that customer support is quick to respond, and that I can personalize it to match my brand.I like the many options in the page settings allowing me to really personalize it for my needs.

Inconvénients :

I would want more hand holding with questions instead of sending a video of how to fix the problem. I don't like that the name book.me is hard for clients to remember. I would want there to be a paypal membership option.

Commentaires : My clients can easily book appointments, get reminders, can cancel or re-schedule. I would recommend BLAB without hesitation if they fixed the language problem (see above).

Avantages :

Almost perfect booking tool. Easy to implement, all the options you need, best calendar integration .

Inconvénients :

Unfortunately, international users might be disappointed. In all confirmation email that are sent out to clients, times and dates are not translated which leads to a mix of English and (in my case) German in the emails and even in the subject field. This looks really unprofessional and I've been considering other options just because of this. It definitely kept me from recommending this tool to many colleagues.A second option that's missing is to be able to embed multiple booking options on my website. There is a workaround but an official solution would be appreciated.

It's easier on both sides of the experience. My clients appreciate being able to book their sessions when it works for them AND to get their payments taken care of up front. It's also been great for me in better managing my schedule.

Avantages :

I like the customization. There are so many ways to make this compatible with my branding. I also like the scheduling options - being able to set up time cushions between sessions, sync with my Google calendar, etc. I especially LOVE that bookings can be pending approval! And that I can override and schedule clients earlier if I need to. And the best thing is about this service is that their team actually LISTENS to their customers. They are very communicative and responsive, which is a big deal these days. Great customer service!

Inconvénients :

It can be a bit challenging to set up the services. I wish there were categories for the services, and I wish we could set up events & class series (multiple events in one series) more easily. It takes a bit to set up, but it is worth it once it's done. Split payment would also be a nice addition - to be able to have clients pay with deposits for large ticket services or to have installment payments. It would also be good to have more customization of the reminder emails sent to clients. I'd love to be able to put additional information into those emails. But again, what's great about this company is that they LISTEN to their customers, and they're making some of these requested changes (the ones in high demand, anyway). The team is very communicative and responsive.

Commentaires : Overall, my experience with Book Like a Boss has been great and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a scheduling tool for their business.

Avantages :

There is so much I like about Book Like a Boss that is not easy to know where to start from :D First of all, I like the fact that it gives users the ability to create a page that can include the different types of appointments or services you may be selling as well as customer testimonials and videos. It is an excellent way to briefly showcase what you do, what you are all about, and what you sell. Then there is the customization power you get. You can create and customize most things: appointment types and duration, confirmation/thank you messages, the branding of your Book Like a Boss calendar, and even decide whether you want to display the calendars for all your events or even the one (or ones) of a specific one (or ones). Same if you would like to embed it to your website, you have the ability to decide what gets displayed and what doesn't get displayed to users. You can even use SMS reminders, or sell memberships, group classes or recurring classes/events. Plus, Book Like a Boss has quite the array of integrations so you will be able to use it with many of the tools you may already be using in your business.

Inconvénients :

I think the one thing that is missing from Book Like a Boss compared to some of its competitors is a mobile app. It would be great to be able to manage things and even contact people (with the web version you can already do this) with my smartphone so that I wouldn't always be dependent on my computer.

An amazing scheduling tool

Commentaires : It is so easy to create new appointments and set up all kinds of scheduling parameters with Book Like A Boss. I use it on a daily basis and it gets me out of the back and forth of multiple emails or texts trying to coordinate calendars.

Avantages :

There is so much to like about Book Like A Boss -- the ease of setting up new appointments and the multiple integrations supported -- calendar syncing, Stripe (for paid services), and probably my personal favorite >> Zoom. In today's world, every conversation I have is face-to-face via Zoom video conferencing. With Book Like A Boss, as soon as someone books an appointment, a Zoom call is booked and call credentials are included with the appointment.

Inconvénients :

It's really hard to think of what I like least -- the one thing I'd recommend is thinking about how YOU want to use the tool. The standard options may be nice for some, but I realized the need to simplify and delete many of the "standard options" -- when someone goes to my appointment page...keep it simple and do NOT distract them with other links and options. Just help them book an appointment.

Avantages :

I love that my booking are set pending my review & approval. That was a must-have feature for me, and BLAB has it. I also love the simplicity of the interface for my clients. It's been great transitioning them from phone calls to the online system. And the ability to customize so much of the front end appearance is wonderful!

Inconvénients :

The setup interface is a bit confusing at first, and it's frustrating that the services cannot be easily grouped or segmented into categories. It's also frustrating that partial payments/deposits cannot be set up through the system. Though it can be done with some convoluting, it would be lovely to have simple & direct ways for ongoing classes/multiple/consecutive dates and 1-time workshop events to be booked through the system. And I'd love more customization/full customization of the confirmation & booking reminder emails.

Worth every penny

Commentaires : Book Like A Boss has made scheduling one on one sessions, group sessions, webinars, and workshops easy. Their software is extremely easy to learn and the video tutorials are fantastic. I have been able to schedule webinars with ease, take payments, and overall just run my business much more efficiently. Other people struggle with piecing together 2 or 3 different apps to do what BLAB does. I am an absolute fan.

Avantages :

This is one of, if not the, easiest software that I've come across for booking. Everything is pretty intuitive but when you don't know how to do something, it's easy to find the instructions or a video. And it does SO much. Products, classes, meetings, groups, it does it all. Fast and easy.

Inconvénients :

I would love if I could customize the bio for each product or service. Maybe the ability to add team schedules. I would also like if the coupon or discount amount didn't show up as revenue.
