We did an onboarding call and she helped solve a laundry list of questions and helped me troubleshoot beautifully. She is humorous, light-hearted and incredibly good at her job. She had other things that helped me besides just in SAMCART too, and that extra care really makes a difference. Especially when I was going cross-eyed with all the tech learning to launch my new online group coaching course\! I have tried for almost a year to get through the training videos that teach me about creating my course. However, unless you are good with videotaping yourself, you will be lost as I was. They tell you that it only takes 14 days to create this course but it takes you longer than that to get through the training videos on how to do this all. It’s very complicated it is absolutely not simple and if you don’t know what you’re doing you’re going to get lost like I have. On top of that I purchased this believing it was a one time fee to create my course and when I couldn’t make anything work I chalked it off to a bad $300 wasted. However now they Want to charge me $349 to re-up for another year\! I was under the impression it was only a one time fee and now I am trying to get my money refunded which is becoming extremely difficult. I decided to do a buyer beware review to as many sites as I could to let people know if you don’t know how to create a course, do not purchase their course builder. You had to do the higher $199/month plan in order for them to retry failed payments. I felt that to be unfair and should be a standard part of their plans. I was paying the higher $199/month plan just for that feature... but most of the time, customer payments were cleared. > > SamCart has a built-in affiliate plan you get access for (to create your own affiliate program), but for the small amount of affiliates I have and that even practiced my affiliate program, it just wasn't worth $199/month for me. If they had a sales page builder included, then $199/month would make sense for me. Or, if retrying failed payments was included in the $99/month plan, that would make sense.
