This is the absolute all-in-one IT management tool.&#10;&#10;Their built-in remote access tool (Ninja Remote) and screen monitoring is a welcomed addition over competitors and it functions very well.&#10;&#10;Set up is very easy and straight forward and can be tailored to how you want it to function, for a multitude of locations, clients, organizations, etc.&#10;&#10;Their customer support is also top notch. Submitting support tickets call all be done directly from the main dashboard and their documentation (Dojo) is easy to navigate and has plenty of resources.

> **Inconvénients**: Some parts of the tool rely on functionalities/apps, whether you actively use them or not. In order to use custom fields, it needs to have the NinjaOne Documentation app enabled in order to function properly. We do not use their documentation app, so there are fields that sit blank.
